If you are interested in advertising on WAHOptions.com, you must agree to our policies. By placing your advertising order, it is understood that you are agreeing to all the terms in our policy.
We do not allow any advertisements that contain, promote or link to pornographic material, violence, or racism. This does not include adult toy or romance related direct sales companies that are allowed to advertise in our Work At Home Business Directory only.
WAH Options reserves the right to refuse any and all advertisements that are deemed by us to be inappropriate for this website. If there is any question to this, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
In the event WAH Options receives money for any advertisement, and the advertisement is then rejected by us, we will send notification to the contact person on file, with the reason for the ad being rejected and to make arrangements for an immediate refund.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to send the advertisement details to us before the advertisement is scheduled to start.
After payment has been received, and if you paid via Paypal, you will be redirected to an Advertising Order Form that needs to be filled out and submitted. This form is strictly a guideline for us to go by, and any information entered on this form can be changed at anytime prior to the run date of the ad. After this form is submitted, the contact person on file, will be sent an email confirming the details of the order. If this confirmation email is not received within 24 hours after the ad form has been submitted, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you opt to purchase any of our advertising spots or packages via E-Gold, you will need to contact us as soon as possible with the details of your order. For banner advertisements this will include: the URL to be linked to, URL of the banner to be displayed, requested ad run date (optional), contact name and contact email. For Business Directory listings include: the URL to be linked to, title of the link/listing, 350 maximum character description, requested ad run date (optional), contact name and contact email.
All advertisements will run in the order in which they are received, unless a specific, available date has been requested. If the date requested is not available, you will be notified as soon as possible, so other scheduling arrangements can be made.
WAH Business Directory Listings:
It is the policy of WAH Options, to NOT run Business Directory listings that are promoting the same "main company", in unison with any other listings for that company. These are exclusive listings and this policy is non-negoatiable. When placing an order for our Business Directory, please follow the rules and guidlelines that are stipulated on the Submit Listing page.
No refunds will be made for any advertisement orders or listings unless the reason for a refund has been specifically stated in this policy, or in the rules and guidelines for submitting a Business Directory listing.
